Monthly service fees start at $225 USD per contractor. Full-service packages that include onboarding coordination and ongoing support are priced based on scope. We always bill in your local currency — no FX surprises. We work with you on what makes sense for the role. Some clients engage us for individual contractors sourced and onboarded; others retain us for ongoing support across multiple roles. There is no rigid minimum — we structure the engagement around your actual needs.

Fit, contracts, and what we cover
We aim to get the match right from the start through careful screening and clear role definitions. If things do not go as planned within the first 4–6 weeks, we will assess the situation together and arrange replacement sourcing at no additional cost, so you are never left without support.
You enter into direct contractor agreements — Sofia HR does not act as an Employer of Record (EOR) and does not employ the contractors on your behalf. We help structure the engagement framework and guide you through the practical steps, but for jurisdiction-specific legal or tax advice, we recommend consulting your own advisors.
We cover creative, technical, and operational roles that work well in a remote offshore setup. Common examples include 3D designers, graphic artists, interior designers, HVAC estimators, copywriters, content creators, and virtual assistants.
